Here's a technique called Pencil Over Ink from the TJ Newsletter Feb '05 issue. Very simple and effective! Best Wishes by Stampin' Up! was stamped with white craft ink on a piece of cut up CD. I nuked the CD in microwave oven for a few seconds to get the cracked lines. Then coloured with alcohol ink. Heated up where I wanted to cut the CD with a heat gun and cut with an old pair of regular scissors. The CD will be hot when it's heated, please handle with care.
