I Love You...

This card was for our local stamp club, SOS (Somewhat Organized Stampers), challenge last Thursday that I forgot to take to club with me. The challenge called for non-traditional Valentine's Day cards. I have always love this image from Biblical Impressions. So, I thought now would be a good time to do something with it.

The background was done using Melted Crayon technique. The image was stamped with StazOn ink. The medallion with beautiful calligraphy sentiment, by Quiet Fire Design, was done on a piece of shrink plastic which said "I love you not only for what you are. But for what I am when I am with you. ~ Elizabeth Barrett Browning" Non-traditional enough? I hope so!

I have another card that I also forgot to take to club. I'll share that tomorrow. Stay warm!
