This was done for a "Thrift Shop" or rather, "Dollar Spot" Swap on IFS. The dollar spot items are the felt flowers on the lower left corner.
The background is a piece of painted cardstock which was done using stucco interior paint I found on clearance at Joann a while back. The image, by Just for Fun, was stamped with StazOn Jet Black ink.
