Lulu's Sketch Challenge

Finally, I did it! My SBS9 group has a sketch challenge and colour challenge every month. But I had done nothing up until now. April is Lulu's. This is her sketch. And I'm trying to get two birds with the one bullet by using this month colour challenge by Suzann. The colours are green & brown. Hope you like!

Just got me a few Whipper Snapper stamps yesterday. If you like cutey, this is it. I got them because I have come to love some of the good "cute" work by my SBS9 sisters. Although mine turned out a bit more on the dark side unlike the sweet and cheery ones of my sisters'.

The monkey, Whipper Snapper, and swirls, from Bugawump, were stamped on Old Olive CS from Stampin' Up! with Walnut Stain Distressed ink. Backgound piece is Always Artichoke, also from Stampin' Up!, using same ink and swirls stamp. The strip in the centre is camouflage ribbon mounted on a strip of chocolate CS. Monkey was coloured in with markers and water-brush. A simple and tall card that fits in a regular 4 1/8" x 9 1/2" size envy.

Have a great Saturday!
