I did this for SOS aka Somewhat Organized Stampers, a local stamp club's challenge. We were to stamp with non-rubber, non-polymer, in other word non-traditional stamps. With this card, I did the background by using a piece of heart doily to stamp with. I used ColorBox Chalk ink on the lacy part of the doily and used the doily to stamp directly on my smooth white cardstock. The stamp image is by Paperbag Studio. The words on the image said, "Who finds a faithful friend, finds treasure." The gold streak you see here is just a gold glaze which I applied with my finger.
